아래 이메일로 계정 삭제를 요청해 주세요.
본인 확인 후 처리하며, 요청일로부터 영업일 기준 7일 이내에 삭제를 완료합니다.
관련 법령상 보관이 요구되는 최소한의 거래·정산 기록은 해당 법정 기간 동안 보관 후 파기합니다. 그 외 데이터는 위 기간 내 삭제됩니다.
계정 삭제는 진행 중인 유료 구독을 자동으로 해지하지 않습니다. 구독은 결제하신 스토어에서 직접 해지해 주세요 — App Store(설정 > Apple ID > 구독) 또는 Google Play(Play 스토어 > 구독).
This page describes account and data deletion for the SwingNote app. Users may request deletion of their account and associated data at any time.
Email us to request account deletion:
After verifying your identity, we complete deletion within 7 business days of the request.
Minimal transaction/billing records required by law are kept for the legally required period and then deleted. All other data is deleted within the period above.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active paid subscription. Please cancel it directly in your store — App Store (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions) or Google Play (Play Store > Subscriptions).
このページは、SwingNote アプリのアカウントおよびデータの削除に関するご案内です。利用者は、いつでもアカウントおよび関連データの削除を請求できます。
下記のメールアドレス宛にアカウントの削除をご請求ください。
本人確認のうえ対応し、ご請求日から7営業日以内に削除を完了します。
関連法令上、保管が求められる最小限の取引・精算の記録は、当該法定期間中は保管したうえで破棄します。それ以外のデータは、上記の期間内に削除されます。
アカウントを削除しても、進行中の有料サブスクリプションが自動的に解約されることはありません。サブスクリプションは、ご購入いただいたストアで直接解約してください — App Store（設定 > Apple ID > サブスクリプション）または Google Play（Play ストア > 定期購入）。
