SwingNote ("the Service") is operated by Laonmon ("the Company"). The Company values your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
1. Information we collect
Account: email, name, and account identifier from Google or email sign-in.
Golf activity data: pose/motion data extracted from swing videos, AI coaching results, round records (scores, putts, fairway/green hits, etc.), practice plans/notes, and growth history.
Subscription & purchase status: your plan (Free/Starter/Pro) and purchase status. We do not store payment card details; these are handled by the App Store, Google Play, and our payment processors.
Device & usage: minimal technical data for delivering and diagnosing the Service.
2. How we use it
Provide core features: swing analysis, AI coaching, practice plans, round statistics.
Apply plan-based features and manage AI credits.
Authenticate accounts and sync data across app and web.
Improve the Service, fix errors, and prevent abuse.
3. Third-party processors
Google (sign-in, Google Play billing, cloud infrastructure)
Apple (App Store sign-in & billing)
RevenueCat (subscription management)
Paddle (web payment processing)
AI analysis providers (generating coaching from swing data)
4. Retention
We retain personal data until the purpose is fulfilled or your account is deleted, then delete it without undue delay, except where law requires longer retention.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion of your data, and account deletion. To delete your account, contact us at the address below and we will remove the associated data.
6. Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and protected with reasonable safeguards such as access control.
7. Children
The Service is intended for users aged 18 and older and is not directed to children.
8. Changes
We may update this policy as laws or the Service change, and will post changes on this page.
