환불정책

본 정책은 Laonmon이 운영하는 SwingNote 구독 결제의 환불 기준을 안내합니다. 웹 결제는 Paddle이 판매자(Merchant of Record)로서 처리하며, 환불도 Paddle을 통해 이루어집니다.

1. 구독 해지

구독은 언제든지 해지할 수 있습니다. 해지 시 다음 갱신부터 청구가 중단되며, 이미 결제된 현재 이용 기간은 종료일까지 그대로 이용할 수 있습니다.

2. 환불 요청

결제일로부터 14일 이내이고 해당 기간의 유료 기능을 실질적으로 사용하지 않은 경우, 요청 시 전액 환불해 드립니다.
14일이 지난 후에는, 관련 법령이 요구하는 경우를 제외하고 이미 경과한 이용 기간에 대한 환불은 어렵습니다.
연간 구독의 경우, 위 14일 기준을 적용하며 그 외 잔여 기간에 대한 일할 환불은 원칙적으로 제공하지 않습니다.

3. 환불 방법

환불을 원하시면 아래 연락처로 가입 이메일과 결제 내역을 알려주세요. 확인 후 Paddle을 통해 원결제 수단으로 환불해 드립니다. 환불 처리에는 보통 영업일 기준 며칠이 소요될 수 있습니다.

4. 앱스토어 결제

App Store 또는 Google Play를 통해 결제한 경우, 환불은 각 스토어의 환불 정책과 절차를 따릅니다.

5. 법정 권리

본 정책은 소비자로서 가지는 법정 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.

Refund Policy

Effective date: July 14, 2026

This policy explains refunds for SwingNote subscriptions, a service operated by Laonmon. Web payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record, and refunds are issued through Paddle.

1. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops billing from the next renewal; you keep access for the remainder of the period you already paid for.

2. Refund requests

If you request within 14 days of a charge and have not substantially used the paid features for that period, we will refund it in full.
After 14 days, refunds for an elapsed period are generally not available except where required by law.
For annual subscriptions, the same 14-day window applies; we do not otherwise provide pro-rated refunds for the remaining term.

3. How to request

To request a refund, contact us with your account email and purchase details. After verification we will refund to your original payment method via Paddle. Processing typically takes a few business days.

4. App store purchases

If you purchased through the App Store or Google Play, refunds follow each store's own policy and process.

5. Statutory rights

This policy does not limit any statutory rights you have as a consumer.

返金ポリシー

本ポリシーは、Laonmon が運営する SwingNote のサブスクリプション決済における返金の基準をご案内するものです。ウェブでの決済は Paddle が販売者（Merchant of Record）として処理し、返金も Paddle を通じて行われます。

1. サブスクリプションの解約

サブスクリプションはいつでも解約できます。解約した場合は次回の更新分から請求が停止され、すでにお支払いいただいた現在の利用期間は、終了日までそのままご利用いただけます。

2. 返金のご請求

決済日から14日以内であり、かつ当該期間の有料機能を実質的にご利用になっていない場合、ご請求により全額を返金いたします。
14日を経過した後は、関連法令が求める場合を除き、すでに経過した利用期間についての返金は承りかねます。
年間サブスクリプションの場合も上記14日の基準を適用し、それ以外の残存期間についての日割り返金は、原則として行っておりません。

3. 返金の方法

返金をご希望の場合は、下記の連絡先までご登録のメールアドレスと決済内容をお知らせください。確認のうえ、Paddle を通じて元のお支払い方法に返金いたします。返金の処理には、通常、数営業日ほどかかることがあります。

4. アプリストアでの決済

App Store または Google Play を通じて決済された場合、返金は各ストアの返金ポリシーおよび手続きに従います。

5. 法定の権利

本ポリシーは、消費者としてお持ちの法定の権利を制限するものではありません。
